I won 4th place over at
whedonland for this drabble. The theme was trust.
Title: Trust Me

Soon as the manacle closes around her wrist, she moves her arms, testing them out. She briefly wonders if these are the same--But, no, of course they can't be.
His breath is cool on her ear, sending a shiver of excitement down her spine.
"Do you trust me?"
It's the same question he'd asked years before, but now her answer is much different. Without hesitation she replies, "Yes."
His hands ghost their way up and down her arms. "Tell me you want me."
She replies the way he wants--"I always want you"--because this time he's teaching, not teasing.
