Thoughts on Revenge?

It has come to my attention that more people on my F-list are watching Revenge than I'd thought!  Which, yay :D  And also, some spoilers...

Thoughts?  Predictions?  I wanna know who you think gets put on trial for the murder and who you think gets killed!

Right now my theory is that Jack's gonna take the fall for killing whoever is dead.  I really don't think it's Daniel, because that would be REALLY obvious, and the article says it's someone no one will figure out.  BUT I don't think Jack is actually the killer (he hasn't had much of a storyline lately and now that "Amanda" is gone, they've gotta do something with him).  And having Jack in that position will make "Emily" feel guilty.

I agree with you. Jack is going to be blamed for the murder, but he's not going to say anything because he thinks the real murderer is Amanda. Fake Amanda, not Real Amanda. If he's still under the impression Emily is Amanda, and he knows she's guilty, then he'll want to protect her. Leaving the real Amanda feeling guilty and willing to pay for his high-priced defense lawyer (Courtney B. Vance).

I have my theories as to the body. It can't be Tyler. Not big enough. I think it's the lawyer, who's working with Amanda.

No, it's definitely not Tyler. I honestly have no clue who it could be which is why this show is full of awesome!!

I have absolutely no idea who the body is. I agree with you it's almost certainly not Daniel for a number of reasons, but other than that I'm really not sure. Maybe Tyler, since they have set up his wanting to steal Daniel's identity, which could explain why Charlotte confuses them (if he's wearing Daniel's clothing and/or imitating his hairstyle). Though I think that would be a bit of a waste -- he knows so much, it seems like it would be better to keep him locked away on the sidelines for a while, and bring him back to cause more trouble in future seasons.

I agree that it is almost certainly Jack on trial, but he won't be the actually killer. I HOPE it is -- it would give him more to do and hopefully flesh out his character more; plus it would REALLY cause Emily to have to re-evaluate what exactly she's doing, and how much he's hurting others.

Not sure who the killer is. If the body IS Tyler, I could see the killer being Daniel, actually. But if it's not we're back to square one. Maybe Fauxmanda? That would explain why Jack helps...

It definitely could be Fauxmanda. Not like she hasn't done it before if she misguidedly thinks it's going to help real Amanda. I'm dying for the reveal!! 11 days :)

Oh yeah, definitely not. Although a lot of shows lately have been killing off major characters, so...? It would be really gutsy of the show, but at the same time too obvious.
