Thoughts on Revenge?

spuffy_noelleIt has come to my attention that more people on my F-list are watching Revenge than I'd thought! Which, yay :D And also, some spoilers...

Thoughts? Predictions? I wanna know who you think gets put on trial for the murder and who you think gets killed!
Right now my theory is that Jack's gonna take the fall for killing whoever is dead. I really don't think it's Daniel, because that would be REALLY obvious, and the article says it's someone no one will figure out. BUT I don't think Jack is actually the killer (he hasn't had much of a storyline lately and now that "Amanda" is gone, they've gotta do something with him). And having Jack in that position will make "Emily" feel guilty.
