New Layout!

spuffy_noelleAs the subject tips you off, I've made a new layout. I know it's a bit bright, but who doesn't love a little pink? Well, if you don't I'm sure it won't be up for long as I have a short attention span and will probably want a new layout very soon! Let me know if you like it, but don't be too harsh please!
Oh, and btw how come I can only have 15 userpics and every other person's I've looked at has like 90+?
