I found
this and decided to do a list of my own. I don't watch any Whedonverse shows besides Buffy and Angel, so I'm only focusing on those two.
#6 Angel

Wesley: "And you - just walked away?"
Angel: "No, I walked to my car and then I drove away."
~
Wesley: "You could have stopped them."
Angel: "And I will."
Cordy: "When? After they've finished off all the people you don't like?"
~
Wesley: Right now the three of us are all that's standing between you and real darkness.
Gunn: Best believe that, man.
Angel: I do. - You're all fired.
~
Ouch. I love the stunned looks from Cordy, Wes and Gunn as Angel walks away.
#5 Faith

Faith: So, you gonna rat me out? Is that it?
Buffy: Faith, we have to tell. I can't pretend to investigate this. I can't pretend that I don't know.
Buffy: I am trying to protect you. Look, if-if we don't do the right thing, it's only gonna make things worse for you.
Faith: Worse than jail for the rest of my young life? No way!
Buffy: Faith, what we did was...
Faith: Yeah. We. You were right there beside me when this whole thing went down. Anything I have to answer for, you do, too. You're a part of this, B. All the way.
~
Buffy: Faith, you don't get it. You killed a man.
Faith: No, you don't get it. I don't care!
~
Faith: You sent your boy to kill me.
Mayor Wilkins: That's right, I did.
Faith: He's dust.
Mayor Wilkins: I thought he might be. What with you standing here and all.
Faith: I guess that means you have a job opening.
~
I always felt bad for Faith. She was so alone when Buffy had all these people around her. Instead of letting the Scoobies help her, though, she decides to get her own gang. Too bad it happens to be the bad guys...
#4 Giles

Giles, Giles, Giles. He betrays Buffy by conspiring with Wood to kill Spike. Buffy later tells Giles that Spike is the only one who "has her back". Perhaps Giles is resentful of Buffy's reliance on Spike? ~
Giles: Spike killed your mother.
Robin: Yes.
Giles: Does Buffy know this?
Robin: She knows my mother was a slayer. She...doesn't know about Spike.
Giles: And this has nothing to do with personal vengeance?
Robin: Does it matter? He's an instrument of evil. Now he's gonna prove to be our undoing in this fight, Buffy's undoing, and she will never—never see it coming. Now, I'm talking about what needs to be done... for the greater good, Giles. And you know I'm right.
Giles: What exactly do you propose?
Robin: I just need you to keep Buffy away for a few hours.
I never liked Wood (for obvious reasons), but I can understand why he wants to kill Spike and it has everything to do with vengeance.
~
Buffy: I'm preparing to fight a war, and you're looking for revenge on a man that doesn't exist anymore.
Robin: Buffy, don't delude yourself... That man still exists.
Buffy: Spike is the strongest warrior we have. We are gonna need him if we're gonna come out of this thing alive. You try anything again, he'll kill you. More importantly, I'll let him. I have a mission to win this war, to save the world. I don't have time for vendettas. The mission is what matters.
I think this just shows how focused Buffy is on the mission (even if her friends don't seem to think so...more on that later).
~
Buffy: He's alive. Spike's alive. Wood failed.
Giles: Well, that doesn't change anything. What I told you is still true. You need to learn—
Buffy: No, I think you've taught me everything I need to know.
Don't touch her man. Nuff said.
#3 Andrew

Poor Jonathan. I've liked him since season 1, and I always thought he was just trying to fit in with the evil trio because they were his "friends", not because he actually wanted to kill Buffy.
~
Buffy: When your blood pours out, it might save the world. What do you think about that? Does it buy it all back? Are you redeemed?
Andrew: No.
Buffy: Why not?
Andrew: Because I killed him. Because I listened to Warren, and I pretended I thought it was him, but I knew—I knew it wasn't. And I killed Jonathan. And now you're gonna kill me. And I'm scared, and I'm going to die. And this—this is what Jonathan felt.
~
Andrew: Here's the thing. I killed my best friend. There's a big fight coming, and I don't know what's going to happen. I don't even think I'm going to live through it. That's, uh, probably the way it should be.
Even though he did betray his only friend, I really loved Andrew in season 7.
#2 Scoobies
This scene is by far the most infuriating scene, but I put it as #2 because the fight only lasts for like an episode. The biggest offender: Dawn! First of all, that is your sister, your only blood relative who gives a shit about you. Not to mention she died for you. Dawn: Then you can't stay here. Buffy, I love you, but you were right. We have to be together on this. You can't be a part of it. So I need you to leave. I'm sorry, but this is my house, too.
~
Anya: But we don't know. We don't know if you're actually better. I mean, you came into the world with certain advantages, sure. I mean, that's the legacy.
~
Anya: But you didn't earn it. You didn't work for it. You've never had anybody come up to you and say you deserve these things more than anyone else. They were just handed to you. So that doesn't make you better than us. It makes you luckier than us.
~
And don't even get me started on Kennedy. I hated that snotty bitch from the first episode she was in. She just rolls up on the scene and thinks she knows how to run an army of potentials...pfft. Like I said, don't even get me started. On her or Rona.
Honestly, though, are we really surprised that the Scoobies are ganging up on Buffy? It's not like they've never done it before...
#1 Wesley
I loved Wesley before this, but this is when he became my obsession in this show. Yes, he betrayed Angel (and the others) by kidnapping Connor without going to them for help. But, he did it because he thought he was helping. I can understand that Angel wasn't quick with the forgiveness, but what about the others? Okay, he knocked Lorne out, but he really thought he was trying to do the right thing.
~
Gunn: It doesn't make any sense. Why would Wes do a thing like that? You must have read him wrong.
Lorne: No, I read him right. And I've got the gash on my noggin to prove it.
~
Angel: You took my son. YOU TOOK MY SON!
Angel: I'll never forgive you, never... I'LL KILL YOU!!
Angel: You're a dead man. YOU HEAR ME!! DEAD!
~
Fred: Gunn and I found your notes about...the baby. The prophecy. You took him away 'case you thought Angel was gonna kill him. You were trying to protect him. Both of them.
I just wanted you to know I understand that.
I also wanted to say -- what Angel tried to do to you was wrong, and I'm sorry.
Fred: But he was right to blame you, Wesley.
Fred: You should've come to us. You should've trusted us instead of going to Holtz behind our backs. You were supposed to be our friend and you didn't even --
If Angel sees you again, he'll kill you, Wesley. This time for real.
Don't come back to the hotel. Ever.
Fred: The prophecy was a fake. Angel was never gonna hurt Connor. It was all for nothing.
Devastating.
~
Gunn: What happened to you, man?
Wesley: I had my throat cut and all my friends abandoned me.
