The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Pam she's MAH BITCH
The character everyone else loves that I don't: Sam
The character I love that everyone else hates: Bill? I don't know if anyone hates him, but I know a lot of people like Eric/Sookie better than Bill/Sookie - I like E/S, but I love B/S
The character I used to love but don't any longer: None? I still love all my characters, but I'm not loving Lafayette's story-line this season
The character I would shag anytime: JASON STACKHOUSE
The character I'd want to be like: Pam she is FIERCE
The character I'd slap: Tommy!!! Boy, does that guy need a slap!

Oh, yes, Bill is hated. I would be one of them. Loved him in the first season, but now I seriously can't stand him. And yes, I am all about Eric/Sookie. That's probably why...lol! Have you read the books? If not, I don't recommend it, those will ruin the show for you. Anyway, I agree about Lafayette and Pam, not so much Sam since I do like him, but I am so over Tara's drama. She needs to go, and take Tommy with her.

I tried to get into the books, and I got to the part where Jason turns into a werepanther and I couldn't take it anymore. I'm so glad that Alan Ball didn't go in that direction!!

Who knows what he'll end up doing instead, I'm still not convinced. In my opinion, the books went downhill after the 4th. I'm not so crazy about them, but that's kind of why I started liking Eric in the first place. I couldn't stand him before.

The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Fred - Wasn't too fond of her in her early days (Angel-obsessed days), but she quickly grew on me
The character everyone else loves that I don't: None? I wasn't too thrilled with Cordy in S4, but that wasn't really her!
The character I love that everyone else hates: I have no idea who everyone hates on this show...Maybe, Faith? Becuz I really do love her! OR Darla!!
The character I used to love but don't any longer: None?
The character I would shag anytime: WESSSSSLEYYYYY
The character I'd want to be like: Badass like Lilah Morgan
The character I'd slap: CONNOR - Although I do like him, that kid REALLY needs a slap!

The first character I fell in love with: That's hard because my memory is terrible and this was years and years ago, but I'd have to say Spike. I don't remember loving any of the characters the way that I love him.
The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Dawn. When Dawn first showed up in S5 I hated her! After watching S5-7 over and over I've come to like her character a lot more. I especially love her closeness with Spike, and her growth from S6-7.
The character everyone else loves that I don't: None?
The character I love that everyone else hates: I don't know if everyone hates him, but I've seen some hatred for Andrew out there. I. LOVE. ANDREW!!! S7 wouldn't have been the same without his hilarious lines.
The character I used to love but don't any longer: I guess that would be Giles. I loved his comeback in S6, but he was kind of an ass in S7. Don't fuck with my Spike.
The character I would shag anytime: Spike (duh)
The character I'd want to be like: I guess Buffy. Who wouldn't wanna be a superhero?
The character I'd slap: I would slap every single person in the room for ganging up on Buffy during Empty Places!

I don't think that one is so dark or shameful. Lots of people were into Buffy/Angel before S4 and later started disliking it (whether they also started shipping Spuffy or not, and whether or not they got into Buffy-free Angel on AtS instead). I was into B/A once, though I never felt they had the perfect chemistry (which B/S do have), and I still enjoy their story in the early seasons. I just separate it from all the "forever one true love" hype that has gone since and look at it from a more realistic perspective. It's a moving, tragic story, but it really never was an ideal romance while it lasted; it's ironic that everyone sort of makes it that afterwards, as people who idealize the past to the point of forgetting what it was really like.
