I was surprised to learn that some fans ship Miles and Charlie.
I can help thinking that Miles is her Daddy instead of his brother. I just get that vibe from them. Charlie is much more like her Mom or her Uncle Miles than the man we are told is her Dad.
It's amazing how different fans see different things in characters.
I don't see Miles as her dad, never mind her uncle with the chemistry those two have, IMO. It's so wrong - I KNOW IT - but I can't help what I see there. It is funny, though, and it happens in every fandom.
Omg, they so are! I adore them so much. They just have the best expressions, and say so much without saying anything at all! Really has my muse talking to me. Which I love!
Kudagirl, I think Bass might be Charlie's daddy. That's my theory anyway, based on the Rachel/Bass vibes I keep seeing.
That wouldn't surprise me either about Rachel/Bass. There does seem to be a vibe between those two as well. If Bass is Charlie's daddy I doubt he knows it. It might explain why he is so harsh with Rachel and she puts up with it. I think he's angry/jealous that she left him to be with her husband. Or he just might be creepy guy with a massive crush on another man's wife.
I do think there is more to the back story we have not seen yet. And that it boils down to Rachel somehow.
Bass being Charlie's father would be a great twist! I can't believe next week's the last episode for MONTHS. What am I gonna do without my naughty!ship on screen??
I've been wondering the same thing! I love seeing Miles every week. I can't for the live of me figure out why NBC would put a new HIT show on such a long hiatus. Poor business practice, if you ask me. You're running a huge risk of losing the viewership you've built in the demographic you're aiming toward.
I think I'll be re-watching all the episodes after next week's show.
